RETURN POLICY

Chakya is committed ensuring complete customer satisfaction.

Less than 30 days:
Chakya accepts returns up to 30 days from the delivery date for merchandise purchased on chakya.com. At this time Chakya does not cover the cost of return shipping. Chakya is unable to accept returns for items that have been altered or damaged by the purchaser.
For Example:
• Creases/Folds from improper handling and/or storing- it is best to lay the mat flat or keep it rolled up
• Damage from excessive amounts of water or other liquids
• Improper cleaning (i.e. harsh chemicals, damage from a washing machine)
• Damage from use other than yoga or similar fitness activities
• Uneven color patterns or discoloration due to use
• Damage from outside elements/factors that puncture or deface the mat

The cost of shipping is non-refundable, and a $10.00 Restocking Fee will applied.

Apparel Return Policy:
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, Chakya accepts returns up to 30 days from the delivery date for apparel purchased on Chakya.com. All apparel can be returned for a full refund, less a flat rate $5 return shipping charge. Chakya is unable to accept returns for apparel that have been altered or damaged after being received. Items must be unwashed and unworn, and all hangtags must be attached. Please note all apparel items are subject to inspection.

Export Countries:
Chakya would be happy to offer returns and exchanges from countries outside of the EU, however, please keep in mind that the customer will be fully responsible for checking that all applicable duties and taxes would be charged to them directly if any should arise.

If Chakya is requested to pay for additional taxes upon arrival of your returned merchandise, we will refuse the parcel and it will be returned to sender.

 

SHIPPING POLICY

Domestic Orders (Contiguous US):

In-stock items are shipped within 72 hours, and will arrive in 3 – 7 business days. You will be notified if an item is out of stock. If you order items with different availability times, we will ship your order when your complete order becomes available. If you choose to have items shipped as they become available you will be billed for each item when it ships.

Our warehouse processes online orders between Monday and Friday. Orders placed after 3pm (Pacific Time) will not be processed until the following business day.

Please be mindful of Holidays as shipping carriers are closed on select days, and the volume of orders received increases and extends time in transit. Weather conditions may effect transit times as well.

For all orders shipping within the contingent United States (excluding PO Boxes, APO, and FPO addresses), Chakya uses USPS. Shipping costs are dependent upon the weight of the package.

International Orders:

In-stock items are shipped within 72 hours, and will be delivered based on shipping method chosen below. You will be notified if an item is out of stock. If you order items with different availability times, we will ship your order when your complete order becomes available. If you choose to have items shipped as they become available you will be billed for each item when it ships.

  • USPS Priority Mail International takes 6-10 business days and time to pass through customs.*
  • USPS Priority Mail Express International takes 3-5 business days and time to pass through customs.*

*Customs time depends on Countries’ customs process

A shipping confirmation is emailed to you as soon as your purchase has been shipped, which will allow you to track the status of your shipment. Shipping costs are dependent upon the weight of the package and delivery location. Customers are responsible for customs duties and taxes for all International orders.

Unfortunately, we cannot ship to Russia, Iran or Syria at this time.
